Install order

claude-mem first (memory base, npm + plugin registration) — the only member writing the ~/.claude registration surface, install and confirm it first.
Then deepcode (pip analyzer) — cross-ecosystem co-install with claude-mem measured compatible (coexist-deepcode evidence).
Finally crg (pip graph) — verified compatible with both; any order works, but memory base before analyzer/graph is semantically smoother.
